Barry and Cassie are a father and daughter team at WK Real Estate. They are both Colorado natives that have a passion for the local community, especially the CU Buffs. Barry's love for Colorado goes back for as long as he can remember. He grew up in Boulder County and attended Fairview High School where he played football. His football career continued when he played for the CU Buffaloes from 1982-1986. He still holds the All-Time Leading Tackler record for CU! Cassie followed in his footsteps and attended CU from 2014-2018, she graduated with a degree in marketing. They continually go the extra mile for their clients and their track record shows it.
Growing up and still living in the Superior/Rock Creek community, they bring a unique and highly knowledgeable approach to local real estate. They are passionate about educating their clients and guiding them through the buying and selling process while making it easy and reducing stress throughout. When they're not working or attending a CU game, you can find them giving back through their foundation, the Samantha Remington Angel Heart Foundation. The foundation is in memory of Barry's oldest daughter and Cassie's sister, Samantha, and the bravery and resilience she had when dealing with health issues, including two heart transplants in her lifetime. They set up the foundation to keep Sammy's spirit of "Never, ever give up!" alive. In college, I was a two-time Captain of the University of Colorado football team and All-Time Leading Tackler for the Colorado Buffs. I have always been a huge football fan and now, in my spare time, I enjoy helping coach football at my alma mater Fairview High School.

Growing up in Colorado has made real estate a pretty easy language to understand. After graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder (Go Buffs!) I joined my dad, Barry, at WK Real Estate where we formed the Barry Remington Team and I haven't looked back.
